Wolfsburg sporting director rules out Ricardo Rodriguez transfer to Real Madrid

 While a future transfer away from VfL Wolfsburg is still possible, Ricardo Rodriguez won't be leaving in January.
The team's sporting executive Klaus Allofs dispelled rumours regarding the Swiss international's possible winter move to Real Madrid, revealing to reporters that the club wouldn't consider such a move.

"You can forget it, we would certainly not do that," Allofs told Wolfsburger Allgemeine Zeitung with translation from ESPNFC.
A rumoured move to Real Madrid picked up steam once news broke that the Spanish side will be hit with a transfer ban that will impact the club for the next two transfer windows beyond the current period.
